There are 118 fisheries regions in Finland. Loviisan Saaristo fisheries region covers the archipelago from Ahvenkoskenlahti in the east to the west coast of Sarvisalo. The fisheries region also includes the lower reaches of the rivers Koskenkylänjoki and Tesjoki, as well as a few lakes. In the lakes and rivers, fishing is primarily recreational.
